Results of the training session were evaluated through a set of questionnaires filled by the trainees. The first questionnaire gave information about the state of knowledge of the trainees before the session begun, considering also their professional status and interests. It showed that most of the participants were involved in the teaching and also student support process, however, particularly in Switzerland , there were participants focusing mostly on the learning material production process. According to this questionnaire, the most popular reason for participating in the training sessions was broadening knowledge and gaining experience in the field of quality in ODL. The second questionnaire, regarding the quality and usability of the training sessions, showed that i n general the training sessions have been found useful and well prepared. There are also a few comments regarding negative aspects of the sessions, like lack of ability to give feedback in some cases. However, most comments have been truly positive and showed interest in other possible training sessions, should any follow the ones already carried out. The last questionnaire was meant to check the level of trainees knowledge concerning quality in ODL after the training session. The questionnaire shows that the training sessions resulted in providing trainees with general knowledge about the idea of quality as well as understanding of quality standards and the quality aspect in education in European Union. The report presents the training session evaluation methodology as well as detailed training session results. |
