ATiT
ATiT (Audiovisual Technologies, Informatics and Telecommunications) is an audiovisual and information technologies company specializing in the integration of Information and Communications Technologies in the Educational and Cultural sectors. Based in Belgium where it is a registered company since 1999, ATiT also has an office in Ireland and operates with a small full-time staff and a network of associates in different parts of Europe.
The main focus of ATiT's work lies in the effective integration of ICT tools and services in the Education and Training sectors. ATiT staff offer project management, technology integration and consultancy services in the educational and training sector to a variety of clients, partners, companies and agencies like the European Commission and the European Space Agency in Europe , as well as to certain global clients like the World Bank.
Within the e - Quality project , ATiT is responsible for the external project evaluation.

Bernard Dumont
Dr. Bernard Dumont is a senior consultant on ODL and the use of ICT in Education. His background is in Mathematics with a PhD in Sciences. He is a former Professor of Educational Sciences at the University of Paris 7 and invited Professor at the TéléUniversité of Quebec.
He is an evaluator for the European Commission (Information Society and Media Directorate General) and an expert for the Council of Europe.
Within the e-Quality project, Dr. Bernard Dumont is in charge of:

Assisting the project management team to support the management during the meeting sessions;

Promoting Team Building within the partners as a way to enhance the quality and the efficiency of the collaborative work;

Assisting the team in charge of:
 - bringing input on the EFQM Model and on the Norm ISO 9000 version 2000;
 - helping to design processes and subprocesses;
 - contributing to the description of the French institution on ODL;

Assisting the team in charge of:
 - bringing input on Quality implementation in European institutions;
 - contributing to defining the specification list of the Best Practice Database.
Dr. Bernard Dumont also participated in the training sessions in Montpellier, France, and in their validation.
